Internet Literacy offers a comprehensive Introduction to the Internet and the World Wide Web and provides the conceptual background and the online skills needed for students to become Internet literate. These concepts are reinforced by hands-on tutorials such as: creating and publishing Web pages and using search engines to conduct research. Internet Literacy also reflects on the impact of emerging technologies on the future of schooling, e-commerce, and communications while encouraging students to become intelligent consumers of information.
